Our Story
Once upon a time is the obligatory beginning of most fairy tales, ours is not the exception. A long time ago, when I was a child, I began dreaming about a machine or device that could hold a conversation, a kind of companion able to answer my questions and entertain. I have been searching for many years on how to design and create such devices. In the end, I realised there were many questions to resolve before creating a machine that resembles what I envisioned in my dreams. You have to believe that things are possible and persevere, and I did just that. In partnership with Lawrence who believed in the possibilities, the time came to be rewarded for my persistence and the Digital Age made this dream to come true. Aimica is the realisation of my dream.

Since I was a child, I have been always fascinated about there these questions – “Are we alone in the universe?”, “How can we preserve our way of life, and the the very existence of consciousness?”. The advent of Artificial Intelligence, mimicking how our human brain works and how this technology is helping us to solve complex problems at breathtaking speed caught my attention of the possibilities of answering my questions in our lifetime. In partnership with Fernando with his brilliant mind, and believing in his dreams, we created Aimica to assist humankind during these difficult times we are facing, particularly during the ongoing pandemic. Aimica is just the beginning, bringing AI closer to our day to day life. Someday, we may be solving many more challenges, and questions, including mine.
